Rope Borders

This is a simple anniversary cake. It has a rope border at the botttom, dots on the side and a shell border at the top. The person who wanted this one has flowers to put on top of it.























I am especially proud of how smooth I managed to get the top of this cake.





























It was time to recreate the basket cake that I had to do during a class when I first took the cake decorating classes. This one has rosebuds and primroses on it done in royal icing.

For those of you that didn't think I'd be making 150 cupcakes for the picnic, here's proof that I make tons of cupcakes at a time.

I even did them in the MomsLikeMe.com colors for the occasion. It turned out to be 160 for the picnic and 22 for the family.

Anniversary Cake

Aah anniversary cakes. They look like Wedding cakes only smaller. They also look similar to the originals. This one has burgundy roses and white roses.

It also has a basketweave texture on the side. It is only a six inch cake.

This one is a tiered cake. Because it is all white, it needs to have texture to break up the monotone color. This is also a 6 inch cake with the top tier being 2 cupcakes on top.

Today I made cupcakes. Cupcakes don't have to be boring. These ones I made as flowers. Pink
